This data processing falls under the standard declaration regime for venture capital and human resources data management as defined by the Commission Nationale de contrôle de la protection des Données à caractère Personnel (CNDP).

In accordance with Articles 7 and 8 of Law 09-08, you have the right to:

Data may be hosted on secure international servers (including but not limited to AWS, Google Cloud, and Vercel infrastructure) under strict Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) guaranteeing equivalent protection to that provided under Moroccan law.

All third-party processors are bound by data processing agreements that ensure compliance with Law 09-08 and equivalent international standards (GDPR, SOC 2).

Personal data is retained for the duration necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined above, and in compliance with applicable legal retention periods. Investment-related data may be retained for up to 10 years following the termination of any business relationship.

The brand "Amal Capital", the "A" logo, the "Amal Method", and all associated branding elements are protected intellectual property of Amal Capital S.A.R.L.

Reproduction, distribution, or modification of any content, trademarks, or materials without express written consent is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

Pitch decks, business plans, and other materials submitted to Amal Capital do not constitute a formal Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) unless a separate NDA has been executed and countersigned by both parties.

By submitting materials, you acknowledge that Amal Capital may be exposed to similar ideas from other sources and that no confidentiality obligation is created by the mere act of submission.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Amal Capital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

These terms and any disputes arising from the use of this website or services shall be governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco, with exclusive jurisdiction vested in the courts of Casablanca.
